Oh my!! I DO have a confession. Our family went to Pennsylvania for vacation 3 weeks ago. I've done HORRIBLY since we've been back! I knew I would blow it on vacation, but I was surprised that I really didn't blow it THAT bad. However, when I got home- whew!! I've been AWFUL!!!

I know. I know. I CAN do this and get back on the wagon!!

His,

:

I've had the same problem and I've gained over 10 pounds in just over a month

so maybe we could commiserate together and then get back on track.

I did quite well most of the day- then blew it again with a chocolate bar..I don't know what it is about chocolate right now, but I could eat it all day!

I have started today taking chromium picholinate, because that helped me with cravings before, and I've been having the mother of all cravings

Good luck eh, let me know how you make out
