Hello ladies, I started Atkins on April 2, 2007 and have lost 8 lbs. I stated working out today. My goal weight is 145 lb. I stated out weighing 233 now I am 225 so I have a way to go, but it can be done. No one believes this diet is going to work so I am up for the challenge to PROVE everyone wrong. I look forward to the support from my sisters and I will be here to support you too.

Best way to do it is start a new thread with the same name, or add "part 2". Or maybe set the title on monthly basis if you prefer a monthly thread. Once the new thread is created, let me know, and I'll close this one with a link to the new one.
