Default High blood pressure questions

I am wondering at what bp one should head to an urgent care clinic or ER?

Is there anything that can be done to bring bp down when it's high except for regular medications, which don't seem to work too fast?

I'm not sure about the exact number that would be considered "urgent' but I can say that mine was climbing to excessive levels (160's +) for the last couple years and that low carb eating combined with magnesium glycinate and a hi-potency D3 suppliment has brought my bp to absolute normal levels (120's) now for over 3 months.

To me, it's been my favorite side-effect of this lifestyle and incentive to never go back to the SAD.

When I was stroking and BP was 200+/120+ they gave me IV beta blocker.
They have a lot of tricks in the bag but it's far better to control it as soon as you know you have a problem.
be well
