Thinking VLC thoughts for you, and also lots of fun! The fact that you put thought and effort into what you would do for food during your cruise has me believing you will come home with some nice results, plus a good cruise! Take care

Home now lost 4 more lbs. Eat 2 steaks plus one other meat every evening. Eggs, bacon, ham, etc for breakfast... lunch was only OK but found enough to eat. Down total of 20 lbs.

Default nutz & smoked jerky

My snacks for the road are mainly two things - macadamia nuts and Dukes jerky.

I love Dukes "Shorty" Smoked Sausages and Jerky. The little links are not hard and tough, they're easy to chew. High protein/low carb, clean ingredients, very portable because they're dried.

Most stores carry them in my area including Walmart & Target: https://dukesmeats.com/
