Hello!!!
I just found this site today and joined. It looks like a great site and I see that to join you need to agree to be polite....definate plus.
I am just low carbing on my own right now but willing to try almost any plan if anyone has any suggestions. I have some health concerns Lupus/thy/celiac. So with the celiac this is not a diet but a life change. Looking forward to reaching my goal and having some fruit .
