Default Too much salt?

Does anyone else on a low-carb WOE get concerned about salt intake? Before I started this way of eating, I ate very little salt, but now I feel as if there's salt in too many of the foods I'm consuming--cheeses, deli meats, tuna, butter, etc. Is this a problem? Is it advisable to look for no or low-salt products? My blood pressure is low-normal. I don't see this issue addressed by Dr. Atkins or the Eades.

i don,t think that i eat much salt really as i don,t have that many processed foods. theres more salt in the mainstream diet when you think about it. look at cornflakes, baked beans and bread.as we,re eating salads, fresh veg etc instead of those,my salt intake has gone down.to flavour foods, i use herbs and a low salt/high potassium substitute.even a 50 gram of salted peanuts has less salt in it than a bowl of cornflakes.
