Thumbs up Day #4

I made it through the weekend smoke-free Even though my husband was going to quit with me, and he smoked a few cigarettes last night. I didn't get on him about it though.... he's not the one that wants to get pregnant next year Plus he is not doing patches or anything, and it's HIS perogative, so I give him plenty of room to ditch his habit. He's 12 years older than me, and he's been smoking way longer than I have, so I am going to be supportive of him and his decisions. But enough about him!!!

I didn't even have any whacky cravings!! Everyone tells me that you put on weight when you quit smoking. I am thinking, "sure, if you start eating sugar, burgers, and pasta!". I've just been sticking to my LC WOE and I think I am even going to start EXERCISING this week. I feel like I finally have the energy to do it.

It's funny the compliments you get when you quit. Day #1 this guy walked past me and told me I smelled very nice. For once, you could actually smell my perfume, body lotion and herbal shampoo, instead of the stench of Camels!!!
