adrenal fatigue

hi guys
i am new here. i was reading some threads about burn out adrenals and figured out that i scored high in some test. i am always tired without work, depression, black eye circle, failure to handle stress. yesterday i bought a book on SP but it not I or II. i just wanted to have some advice on the book SPII, where can i get it and meanwhile i get it some remedies for burn out adrenals.
