Hi, everyone! We've had SNOW for the past 2 days! It's about 2 or 3 inches deep now, but I think it will be gone by morning or midafternoon. Pretty to look at, anyway, and something different than rain!
I'm doing okay staying with my plan. I have to be careful of my calories, too, though, and I've been having a bit of difficulty with that part this week. My problem is that I really love high fat foods, and I could easily sit here and pack away 3500 calories a day if I let myself. That just doesn't work on a sedentary lifestyle.
I've been doing a bunch of spring cleaning. I'm getting rid of the furniture in my guest room. No one has used the room in the past 5 years, so I figured I was just wasting the space. I intend to move all my exercise equipment in there, and then I won't have any more excuses not to exercise!
