hey everyone, I'm new here and when I saw this forum, I thought it was a great idea! Here is some of my info: I'm a college student looking to get in shape. I am starting a countdown and I am challenging myself. I'm doing the diet a little differently though. I'm not basing my results on what the scale reads, but by how I feel and how I look. maybe this is a bad thing, but I know if I go by the scale I will get discouraged if I don't lose the 2 pounds this week or the 3 pounds that week, so I am throwing the scale out my window, so far I have been on the diet fortwo weeks and I couldn't tell you how many pounds I lost or anything, but I can sure say I feel great!Now for my countdown and challenge: At the end of June I will be attending a wedding and I needed something to motivate me, so I went out and brought this really nice dress that I want to wear to the wedding- size 10, I am currently a size 15/16. I know I can do it and I will fit into that dress ( i better because I ripped the tags off hehe) Also since my goal is to fit into that dress, when I do, I will wear it proudly, and I might weigh myself too
