Question Fast, Easy brown bag lunches (induction)

Hi!!

I'm starting Induction again tomorrow (time to get serious!). One thing I need help with is fast, easy lunches I can take to school. I only have 30 minutes to eat, so any ideas would have to be quickly heatable. Also, I don't cook very well, and don't really have a lot of time in the mornings.

When I was on the plan before, I would take salad and throw some chicken on top with some ranch dressing. It was good, but got a bit boring after awhile.

Any ideas would be appreciated!!

TTFN!!

Lori

A lot of egg dishes don't require any skill to make and can be reheated.

Here's an easy and popular one:

Egg Mockmuffin

And everyone raves about the Deep Dish Pizza Quiche in the link below.

Quiche Recipes

Other things are roll-ups - meat rolled around a filling like roast beef, cream cheese, horseradish and a pickle spear, ham and Swiss cheese with a swipe of mustard, turkey, cream cheese and a bit of LC cranberry sauce...

Have a look through the cheese section in your grocery store. You can find cheese with herbs and spices that will add a bit of flavour to your roll-ups.

If you've decided that LC tortillas are OK for you to eat, they can be filled and rolled as sandwiches.
