Default Help with thyroid blood test results

My mother and brother have hypothyroid and I was able to get some tests run. I have read here that the TSH may be high, but don't know about the other results. I wasn't able to get the reverse T3 run this time, or antibodies.

TU 37.4 (31-39)
FT4 0.96 (0.7-1.7)
T4 9.6 (4.2-12.5)
TSH 3.00 (0.3-5.0) I have tested higher than 3 several times in the past
FT3 2.89 (2.0-3.70)
T3 0.98 (no normal range --forgot to get one)
FERR 33.99 (22-380)
B12 982 (247-911)
FOL 8.8 (4-20)

I do have some lipid results as well.

Thank you to all of you knowledgable, helpful forum members!
