Who doesn't love cauliflower? It's a lifesaver when low-carbing.

I saw that article and they looked wonderful. I went to the store and one scrawny little head of cauliflower was $3.48. It is getting as bad as bacon. I bought some frozen, not as good as fresh but better than nothing. Cauli is a staple in my diet.

Unfortunately many of the recipes contain - nay, require - cheese. Now I love cheese, but I must also cook for my husband. While he is very fond of cauliflower, he does not eat cheese at all. Unfortunate. But some of the recipes look well worth trying ... on those days when he is not around.
