Oh cool, I finally figured out how to find my old threads....sorry, Shannon_76 I wasn't ignoring you.
Well for me if I can get some meals planned out in the begining of the week and make sure that I have all the right food at work with me, I dont' have to worry about eating right until I get home for dinner.
And most of the time I can hold off on cheating if I've eaten right all day.
Most of the time I make sure I have salad fixings with me and tuna at all times. Just in case your starved and you don't have any other food with you a can of tuna and mayo works just fine. Most of the time though I do a meat and veggies dish...pretty random.
There are some awesome recipes though in this forum that you might look into. Some of the receipes are meant more for some of the later phases of Atkins though because of the carb count.

So are you in the military then or possibly your husband? My best friends parents were in the military and I spend a lot of ~ Eielson when I was a kid.
So how are you doing on your diet?
