I do Atkins.. I actually stuck with induction for many months before moving on to OWL. I lost about 45lbs on induction.. and then the last more slowly on OWL. I only walked as exercise for a long time.. also if taking care of a very active toddler counts  Then a month ago started 30 day shred. That took me from a size 12 jean to a size 6.. crazy but true! |

Candi I started the 30day shred dvd last night with my daughter and let me tell you that workout kicked our butts! We could hardly move after!!! I can only imagine the results we will see in the next 30 days! Thanks for motivating me to try it! I will keep you posted!
