I love Linda's (Thinslim) low carb cinnamon bagels. Been addicted for years....definitely has my recommendation!

There are some low carb bread like recipes on dietdoctor.com. Many include psyllium husk. I bought some this week and will try a recipe this weekend.

From what I've read, you're best to steer away from packaged low carb breads.

Default Stuffing?

Has anyone used store bought (or store ordered) low carb bread in stuffing? My kids really want stuffing this year and so I'm trying to make something that my husband and I can have a bit of too. I'm looking at low carb breads on the net and some are 1 g net carb... would these work in a stuffing? Non-GMO Kosher Parve Ingredients: wheat protein isolate, vital wheat gluten, oat fiber, modified wheat starch, almond flour, flax seed meal, olive oil, chicory root, high protein patent flour, apple cider vinegar, yeast, salt, stevia.

Thoughts? thank you!!
