I did a 30 minute walk AND 30 minute bike ride today.Also lots of gardening.WHOOSH FAIRY,I am over here HEEEELLLOOOOOO.....Please visit me.....lol

Just checking in to see how everyone's doing?I have been very,very naughty with my eating.I am not going to see a loss tommorow but rather a gain.I am okay with that.I think I neede to get it out of my system.
I am going to start a cheat free week tommorow and increase my exercise.

Morning girls !!! It's Tuesday and I forgot to post yesterday,but I did manage to get back on plan and kick up my exercise.Hoping to remain cheat free all week and add something other then my 30 minute walk.

Morning again,Where is everyone? Well,I am off to a good start.Got my first walk in at 4:15am.Went to bed early last night and up at 2:30am.I am going to hit the shower in a minute and off to the brand new Super Wal-Mart 5 minutes away.

Thanks for showing up in my journal. Rough week, outta town for 4 days and finding it rough "getting back on the horse." But the weight is looking good and I'm looking forward to measuring again this sunday. Going out with DH tonight, so yet another day of no working out, but tomorrow, gosh-darn it, I will!

Got a second walk in today...Feeling good...Glad you guys are still around.I miss when you don't post.It's silly but I really need to know there are others doing,not doing,struggling whatever it just stinks when ya feel alone.

I will join in gemmirgirl.I am still new to this....but I have been walking with my dog for 30 minutes daily.Then 3 or 4 nights a week i come home from work and run in place or do arobibcs.I am off for my walk today in about 10 minutes

Ok so this was my day.This morning I walked the dog for a half hour.It really isnt consitent walking though as he likes to stop once in awhile and sniff things or pee lol.Then when I got home from work i ran in place for 20 minutes.

I walked the dog today for 30 minutes in the park.......I got bold and even tried to run a bit(boy was I huffing and puffing) Now im going to go do arobis for 20 or 30 minutes
