Hi,
A legal phase I smoothie can include any of the flavored sugar free syrups, ie: DaVinci. Make sure that the protein powder you use doesn't have any sugar added in it.
While I dopn't have an exact recipe, I know that if I wanted to make one, I'd use a small amount of reduced fat greek yogurt, maybe
1-2 tbs as it is sour tasting but yummy to me.
1 scoop of no sugar added protein powder( they come in flavors)
some ice cubes and a smalll amount of water.
Some will toss some fresh spinach in to get a veggie serving too. You don't taste but it will make it a green smoothie.
and then blend it up!
