Two varieties in ASDA tonight, both from the finest range (£2 per pack, 6 bangers per packet)

Cumberlands (small), 0.5g carb per 100g
and Gluten free, trace carb per 100g

Also worth a look is the finest range chorizo, you get 3 large chorizo, these are 1.5g carb per 100g, which is about 1.2g per chorizo. Very strong, very tasty.

The Gluten free sausages from ASDA are a God send - £4 for 12, cook them all up and stick them in the fridge, great to snack on!

I am combining paleo with atkins, and had three of the gluten free sausages one morning after a solid week of whole food paleo, didn't really feel the best. Now limit these to two max at a time, something in them absolutely zapped my energy.

Have you checked the ingredients list as gluten-free sausages very often contain rice? Preservatives can also cause a problem.

Went shopping in Asda last night and found the finest chipolatas had lowest carbs / 100g , other finest sausages at Asda were OK as well but the carbs in some were definately no good for induction phase, as ever, check that label !
