Okay I guess it's time for me to chime in since I have yet to respond. To be honest I am not happy RIGHT NOW. I have this love/hate relationship with LC'ng, I love the weightloss results I get from low carbing (Atkins) but I hate the crazy amount of water weight gain if you eat an extra carb I never had to deal with that on other plans.
Being stressed about going out to eat or going to someone's house for dinner worrying about what is in the food, what was it marinated in, is there any trace of hidden carbs, worrying if something is going ot knock me out of ketosis, am I going to gain water weight, etc....
I love how I feel physically and how my skin looks (along with taking Biotin) on LC so I guess it's a matter of customizing a LC plan for myself so I don't have the love/hate feelings anymore.
LC works for me so I am sticking with it!
