Default excel weight chart

Years ago when I first went on CAD there was an excel program someone shared for tracking your daily weights and your weekly average. Does anyone still have that? I used to be on the CADIS listserve but I can't find a link to that anymore. It could have come from someone there. Thanks!

Sorry, I do not know of this. Perhaps Eno will know. If you are on cad or calp, please come post an introduction in the hour power thread, where we chat/post the most.

You can create your own. I have my own Health journal on Excel that I've been documenting for years. One page is weights. I weigh weekly.. Daily weighing makes me too OCD. I have another page for my journal, one for exercise, one for my bloodwork, one for foods that are reacting badly with me. You get the idea.

hi-
that group moved to YAHOO GROUPS. You can look there and find them. I don't knw anything about a spreadsheet though. There are MY PLAN (see on the top toolbar here) and FITDAY that people here use.

Welcome and I hope you will post on the main HOUR POWER thread and tell us more about you! Please tell us what you find on the other group too. I belong there but I lurk- like this site a lot more.

There is an excellent app I use called libra weight manager, you can get it through facebook or google play (formerly android market). You put in daily weights, and it kicks out bmi, avgs your weight, estimates a goal date, and plots both your weight and a trend line. Really fun to use.

It's not a website, it's just the app

Well, they provided a link to click on and when I did there is nothing there. Why would they provide a link to click on?
Just saying.

Im not sure. Maybe the link was meant to open a popup. Try right clicking on it and selecting open in a new tab.

I downloaded a free app called iSpreadsheet. I enter my daily weights in each column. Then I programmed the last column to add them up and divide by seven. It's quick and easy.
