Unhappy Consequences of Cheating?

I have been on the induction diet for about 10 days. Ketones and weight going well.
Last night I took a break and ate "normally". Pizza, juice, desert. NORMAL AMOUNTS OF FOOD - NOT A BINGE About 6 hours later I got really sick. Throwing up the whole bit. The next day I have been feeling kind of shaky, almost flu like but definetely not the flue.

No one else who I had dinner with got sick, so it is not food poisoning.

I am wondering if eating normal to high carbos after being really low could have caused this?

Could be a food allergy that you didn't know about until you got away from the trigger food for a while.

I know I get really sick with migrains and upset tummy when I eat something with flour or sugar in it. Pretty much reminds you of why you don't want to eat that stuff for sure.
