I just wanted to quickly post this. I hope any success I have encourages anyone out there that is thinking about starting LC or is in the first few days that it is an amazing way of life. You all can do it. Believe me if I can anyone can! Hang in there, the first few days can be a bit rough if you are a sugar addict like I was, but once you pass the first few days you'll notices difference, especially in your energy! Good Luck to all you newbies...YOU CAN DO IT!!
