Question about calories
I am new to the Paleo/ Primal WOE, but have been doing very well with it. I have been researching A LOT and like all of you, I feel that this is the best way to feed my body. I did have a couple questions though.
I'm going to assume that our prehistoric ancestors certainly didn't count out calories, or even fat, protein or fiber. I also assume that they ate when they were hungry, and didn't think about meals every 3 hours.
So my questions are:
1. Do I really need to keep track of all those numbers, if I am eating meals with a lot of fat?
2. Can I just eat when I am hungry, and not on a set schedule? Or is it better for my metabolism to eat small meals more often?
