I would say don't do it...It's not worth it. The cheat will probably set you back 3 days and it may lead into a bigger cheat. Just my opinion. Take care.

do you even WANT to have it? If you don't, bring a salad or something you would enjoy without feeling guilty. If you do want to have it, have it in moderation and make sure you stick to your plan the rest of the day and the next day and so on.

I would enjoy the meal with the trimmings and go on the Induction plan for a week afterwards.
I don't eat out that much, so I would cheat somewhat but not feel bad and then be strict induction afterwards for awhile and exercise alittle more too.

..depends what you order..you don't HAVE to order all bad stuff..check out the menu ahead of time..I'm sure with some thought, you could make sensible choices that won't send you back to the beginning.ie..sticking to just the stir fried veges and meat.
Lets face it, cheating on your aunts birthday may turn out to be the for-runner to cheating on everyone in your familys birthday/anniversary etc
Make a stand now for healthy food choices..eat some good protein [couple boiled eggs maybe] before you go, so that you're not so hungry when you get there..drink lots of water while you're there.
You are able to stick to plan..but do you want to?
