A bowl of Special K with strawberries and blueberries; one sausage patty with sage seasoning; and a couple of small turkey sausage pieces. Since I can't eat eggs, 'carbless' breakfasts are hard to do. I'm going to buy some Atkins-friendly pancake mix, though, and see how I like it..

Invictus. My husband makes these great almond pancakes using almond meal, blood orange olive oil, splenda, eggs and i think water. They are great and really are filling. I would be glad to share the recipe if you would like to mix it up a bit. Let me know

holy hangover, Batman- had entirely too much fun last night, so this a.m. all I want is a huge glass of diet Cranberry juice (the diet kind has just 2 carbs/cup, but don't mistake it for Ocean Spray's "light" which has 10 or 11 I think).
