Aaaand, that's the first time I've ever "gained" 3.2 pounds overnight! Body is retaining like 2 litres of fluid! (6 cups of H2O)

Thanks Linda! isn't it crazy interesting ?!? The Bod is in charge, to be sure. Water retention as compensation for big drop in fat content of cells; makes sense. All we need to remember is, the days are unpredictably bouncy, and the weeks and months trend down.
