Wednesday was off the mark. I ate good OP food -- just too much of it. I had to tally another late eating day as well.

I'm planning on accidentally intermittent fasting today for 23.9 hrs. Not hungry this morning, why eat? Strike while the iron is hot. This fits into my ADF plan as I ate a "heart healthy" meal yesterday I think, like 4 pork chops and some eggs.

Two bad days in a row. Thursday was off the mark. Again I ate only OP food. I may be working out too much. Late evening hunger has been an issue. Late night nuts and beef jerky turned a good day into an Off-the-mark day pretty quickly. I've considered doing 2 meals a day - breakfast & lunch - but I still have not tried it. I like dinner. I prepare dinner for the family. If I could make it and not eat it that would really be an accomplishment.

Crazy, busy, away, sick, tired, did I say busy 5 days....Only on forum once I think.
Kept my list in my head for last 4 days...
so days 9-12

1) Upon waking each morning, say a prayer of gratitude.

2) Drink 80+ ounces of water a day.
3) Do 15 minutes of a something I have been procrastinating.

4) Limit 2 BPC max
5) Plan lunch and supper for the next day.

Will post for today tonight....hope this is ok...even though I did not post, it kept me "honest" to my list...just knowing I had one with goals to aim for and so I aimed as best I could.

Use this practice lab anyway that is beneficial to you. We (I) don't care what you do, how often you post or how much failing you do. If you spend the interval sincerely practicing something - anything - that's surely success enough

This list is really a productive tool for me...and thanks for posting back...

Having a water intake amount to aim for is extremely helpful on the water side of things, makes me actually count instead of just "assume" or over or under estimate. Water seems to be a big key for me in succeeding to feel good and stay on plan.
The grateful morning ritual starts the day right and this logging helps me remember to do it.
The counting of BPC keeps me honest, so I don't just fill up on coffee, which is a slippery slope for me, and the planning the next days meals helps me not be impulsive about what I eat, I do seem to do better when I plan ahead.

Thanks again for the encouragement and the acknowledgement that practice makes perfect, whether it is posted consistently or not, success is success. Change takes time and commitment to doing just that....changing...

Wow, I'm at the half-way point of this challenge and there's $300 in my pockets that wouldn't have been there if I didn't decide to walk to work every day.

Me, too. It's become my routine that as soon as I'm out of bed and go to the washroom, I weigh in, sit down at the computer here and log my stuff. I work at 5:30 am, but I build in enough time for this. I hate feeling rushed in the morning, anyway. But hey, like Thud said, post whenever you like.

This is how I'd do IF, also. People forget that the "I" in "IF" stands for intermittent. If you do it exactly the same way all the time, your body is likely to adapt to that, too. Your body will always be resistant to losing fat - don't train it to adapt to what you're doing.
