s - bannana, V8 low sodium
l - grilled chicken, lettuce cups, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, ponzu sauce, mozz stick

Chamomile Tea with Splenda

S-Reduced Fat Mozzarella Stick

L-Tuna with mayo and dill relish over a salad (lettuce, cukes,
tomatoes, egg, small amt of shredded mozzarella)
16.9 oz of Water

S-Celery stalks with SB cream cheese

sn-v8 with celery stirrer

l-1/2 ham & cheese sandwich

sn-1/2 grapefruit

d-salad with dress.,bay scallops in red clam sauce over 1/2 barley with peas & carrots

des-l/c milk shake.

Phase II

B - Breakfast Shake
S - V8 and skim mozza cheese
L - Leftover (3 oz or so) red snapper, leftover spicy spinach w/ dried shrimp
S - pistachios, small apple
D - Chef salad (bacon bits, turkey, mushrooms, cheese, cukes, etc.) and dressing
S - don't know yet

I have a 5:00 meeting tonight, and won't eat until around 7:00 or 7:30. So I'm going to eat a double snack so I don't get hungry too early. Otherwise... business as usual!

exercise: run on treadmill 12 min (6.0); tennis 2 hrs drills tonite

B: 3 eggs scrambled, ham, coffee, h&h, splenda
snack: almonds (10)
L: mashed cauliflower, peanut butter (1 tbs)-not very hungry
snack: water...water....water!!!, 1c non fat plain yogurt

b- 1/2 cup cherry greek yogurt, coffee w/ ff H&H and splenda
s- 1 hb egg w/ ind can tuna w/ lt mayo, cherry tomatoes and cucumber
l- 1 cup tomato soup
s- 1/3 cup hummus w/ tomato and cucumber, 5 brown rice snaps
d- salmon filet w/ stewed zucchini in olive oil, garlic, shallots, crushed red pepper, dill and chicken broth
