Menu: Phase 2

B: Tuna salad with, spring onion, red pepper, cos lettuce and cucumber with a basil mayo
S: banana
L: chicken salad with onions and cherry tomatoes
S: none
D: chicken with cous cous - israli type.

Water 75 floz

2 cups tea
2 cups coffee

L : Turkey with gravy and spinach

b-turkey & ham rolls with 1tb peanutbutter on 4 apple rings,milk for tea/
sn-v8 w) celery stirrer
l-hamburger on1 portabella mushroom, & a mandarin orange & cheese salad.
sn-1c l/f yogurt
d-salad w) dress.,L/C Chinese EGGROLL with RICE & Chinese Veggies
des-fast fruit delight[raspberry recipe]

80 oz water 50 M exercising

todays food- phase II and III

b- 1/2 cup s/f yogurt w/ flaxmeal, coffee w/ ff H&H and stevia
egg/ tuna salad w/ lt mayo, tomatoes, carrots and cucs
s- 2 soft shell crabs
l- 1 lc tortilla w/ spinach, tomato, roast red pepper and chicken breast
s- red grapes
d- sauteed mushrooms and spinach in OO and garlic, crushed red pepper w/ 4ozs chicken breast
