Hello all i had to confess i have been really naughty i went out to dinner at the weekend and it was all going well ,for starters i had smoked salmon, that was good and to follow i had a steak,a lovely t bone yummy then everything went pear shaped i had a piece of death by chocolate cake with cream, someone in the party took the liberty to order for me while i was in the toilet ,well it was to irresistible not to eat it so i blew my carb allowance for a month lol .
since eating the cake i feel so guilty please tell me you have all done this sometime it was really nice though now im back in ketoses im feeling better.
Tomorrow is d day 3 hope i have lost again i have had such a good start,if i haven't its my own fault no more chocolate cake.i will keep you posted.

Smile I sympathise

Well it's done now ... no point in wasting more energy crying over spilt milk. We all succumb to old habits. They take a little while to break down. It gets better.

Just start all over again. Day 1 of Induction. Strict 100% commitment for ONLY TWO weeks. Don't go out for meals for two weeks.

U can do this. Take care.
