Default Help, need new snack...high blood pressure and pork rinds

I need another Atkins snack that isn't expensive. I couldn't figure out for the last couple of days why my head was hurting...I was eating Pork Rinds, bacon and ham and my blood pressure went sky high. I knew I had high blood pressure but I used to eat pork rinds without any trouble...So, I need help to figure out another snack...

I love celery sticks with a little cream cheese in them. Nice crunch and yummy cream cheese too.

Well...I got a lb of imitation crab for $2.36. I made a simple crab salad for lunch and figured I'd snack on the crab chunks.

Celery is pretty cheap but I'm living in Colorado and sometimes the veggies cost alot more than in other areas. But, if I can find some cheap ones weekly I can do it. This summer I'm moving back to Tennessee and can't wait to hit the Farmer's Market on Wed and Saturday!!!

Leasmom

Did you know that (according to Atkins carb counter) that imitation crab has 17.4 grams of carbs per 6 oz.?

No, you're kidding. Oh, great! Thanks, I had no ideal and I ate it all yesterday! No wonder I don't feel like I had much of a weight loss yesterday...
