Hello~
Just wanted to introduce myself and say I've been spending a lot of time reading threads in the TDC and have really been inspired by everyone's stories, struggles and triumphs. I was a regular on the forums many years ago, lost 140 lbs and made it to just under 200 for the first time since I had children and was feeling amazing! I started reading about whole foods and a plant based diet and for the last 6-7 years have been bouncing around all over the place and have regained 80 lbs.......I'm into my third week at induction level carbs and have dropped 10 lbs.
I'm going to try and keep things simple this time...minimal artificial foods and sweeteners...more greens, salads, fish & chicken...less bacon and cream but will still have some.
I'm looking forward to getting this weight off...freeing myself from the physical burden of too much weight! Yup....

Welcome back! Our weight loss journeys sound similar. I started back on Jan 6 at 290 pounds, after regaining about 110 over 4 years. Looking forward to reading more of your posts around the forum.
