JUST DIAGNOSED!

Nice to meet you all!

I am 25, and I was just diagnosed with PCOS and Insulin Resistance. I started metformin a week ago, and I'm already losing weight. I also started a low carb diet, but I'm not on a particular plan.

Sorry about your diagnosis, but I'm glad to hear you're on Metformin.

I went on it about 2 years ago and it works wonders for me! Combined with a low carb diet, I think you'll find you feel much better!
