I also like the Lundy or ghirardelli 85 or 90, but my favorite is lillie's. They are sweetened with erythritol, which doesn't seem to impact my blood sugar (I'm a type 1 diabetic). My favorites are the blood orange and the seasalt. For half an enormous bar (the serving size suggestion) it's a few net carbs, a huge hit of fiber and iron
But really 1/4 bar is more than enough. I find them in whole foods or sometimes in health food aisle at Giant.
