I started down the slippery slope in December, got as high as 157 from a low of 149.5. A bit of this, a taste of that and soon you are slip sliding down the slope. Now I am mostly back on track and back down below goal. I would like to get back down to 150. Lesson learned!

I've been hovering between 125 and 127 and would be happier down at 123-124. I haven't been eating any differently, so I guess I'll try cutting back portions a bit.

This is my high bounce weight. I've been going between 154 - 156.5 for the last several weeks. Didn't help that I haven't been able to do lunchtime yoga very often. But, feeling ready to buckle down again.

I did a 23hr. fast and cut back on some carby foods like nuts, cream and cheese, and a little smaller portions for dinner, but not much showing on the scale yet.

I am thankful that I somehow, day after day, stick to my food plan. And so I remain, day after boring day, within my range. I wish the urge to overeat and eat the wrong things would go away, but I have to (occasionally) fight my own mind. When that happens, I go look at my before and after photos on this site!

This week looks alarming, but only because I'm sticking with what the Thursday weight was. This morning it was back to 156. Not sure why I have this 2lb swing, but I kind of always have. However, I do still need to tighten up my eating a bit.

I am thankful for my own strength as well. I never seem to get an urge to eat the wrong things but over eating - definitely. This is my biggest maintenance challange!

I have a 2-3 lb swing, also. It is normal, it is different levels of water retention, I believe. I have been fluctuating in the 125-127 lb. range and wanted to lose a few lbs. (of fat). So this last week I cut back on portions, did a 23 hr. fast, and on Wed. I weighed 123! But only for one day! I'm now back up to 125.4 again. Does this mean that I really actually weigh in the 123 area and the extra is, and has been for a long time, just water? You can't gain or lose a pound of fat that quickly, so it must be true ...
Maybe I should stop focusing on tweeking these last few lbs., just work on controlling my eating to proper amounts, and everything else will fall into place.

After alarming weight/carb/cheat creep, I am getting back on track for real this week. Doing intermittent fasting, just BP coffee for breakfast and snacks and then dinner. Still a bit bumpy, but getting easier and the scale shows that too.

Hey, Mycie14, hang in there! I still am. Losing the weight is a piece of cake (pardon the phrase) compared to keeping it off.

Thanks, Patience. Weekend did not go as well as I would've liked, to put it mildly. But still fighting the good fight!

Funny I'm where I was last week, because last weekend was a carb fest of sorts. IF'ing all week has dropped me back down. My goal is to keep control over the weekend while at my carb-laden house.

If anyone wants to join in, feel free to copy and paste the weigh-in's into a message and add yourself.
