You look amazing and your story is amazing. My mouth dropped open in shock when you said you were in your 40's! Wow! When I first saw your pictures before reading your story I thought you were in your late twenties!

I didn't realise you were British! I was reading your story and saw the crisps and I had a sense you may be and then I saw rubbish! Smiled and said yep! I double checked and sure enough you are! I love it! Love the Brits! Beautiful accents and lovely people! As you are living proof of that!

What an amazing story. Thank you for sharing it with us here! It is a great inspiration. Just yesterday I saved your picture for inspiration and hope, to help keep myself motivated, and today I saw your story! I am so glad I found it! Thank you again!

I get alot of negative things back from people when i tell them i am doing Atkins.
If they only took the time to read about it instead of repeating what the media say, they might realise how wrong they are and how stupid they sound.
Im 3 weeks in, never hungry. I dont crave food anymore, The 3pm choc bar I always had to have is a thing of the past. It is something I know i can stick to for the rest of my life, can they say the same on weight watchers with the watery soup with tons of sugar in or living off 3 shakes a day??!!
I know who is healthiest, and who will have the last laugh.

Thanks for sharing your story, Its wonderful to find people who have succeeded. well done! xxx

Thank you for sharing your story both written and visually. I'm about where you were when you started. I'm mid 30's, was 212lbs, and am about desperate for something to finally work.

I'm on week 4 and not losing weight this week, but my husband says I'm smaller around. I have noticed my belly roll is beginning to deflate. While that's a great thing...it's not necessarily an attractive thing. I know a tummy tuck is looming in my future and after watching a friend's terrible recovery from a breast reduction I'd just about decided to live with the sag.

Stories like yours are so helpful! I can't thank you enough for sharing.
