Default Chest Pain!

I've been strict low carb since about Nov.1, 2008.
I am now, for the last week experiencing strong chest pains after walking up stairs and low inclines.
What the heck?
Am I developing arterial sclerosis?
Is LC too high fat?

Please, see your doctor as soon as possible. Chest pain is not something to trifle with, and not something that can be diagnosed in any way over the internet.

I suspect low carbing will prove to be totally coincidental to your pain. I hope your doctor can soon sort this out for you.

Heart disease takes many years to form, it doesn't happen in a few weeks. Anyway, get thee to a doctor!

Also, here's a good blog about a sensible dietary/supplemental approach to treating heart disease you might like to read: http://heartscanblog.blogspot.com

Thanks everyone.
Yeah, the pains backed off almost over night when I cut WAY back on coffee and ceased using my present back pain reliever. I had a theory it might be the prob...
I shall save that link.
Also, I have to grant life is tense and uncertain in Israel at this moment. Could have caused a reaction.

Oh man, yeah, that is a stressful place to live.

I have pain that refers to my chest from my shoulder and neck sometimes. It'll actually hurt when I breathe. Nasty!

Even if it's gone, I'd recommend going to the doctor. Hopefully it's only stress and/or caffeine but maybe those were only making an existing condition worse.

Can't hurt to make sure
