Carol, congratulation on losing 40 lbs. That is wonderful. It must have been all that farm work. I just got back from Sis and Cody. He is now starting water therapy and hoping in a month that his muscles will start loosing up. The water is great and I am feel the workout. Well better go but I will email tomorrow.
