How do I start a journal?

I'm new and would like to know how I go about starting a journal.

Nikkiend,

To start a journal all you do is:

1]Go to the top of this page and click on MY JOURNAL/BOOTCAMP
2]Use the scroll thingy [technical term...lol on right about halfway up the page] click on journals M-Q
3]Read through the "Read this before you...." post
4]Click on the NEW THREAD button and there you are!!!

Simple as that.
