Cool oil of oregano helps stall

just wanted to let you all know, i have reached 125 pounds today 2 pounds from my goal, and it has all started moving again since i started taking one oil of oregano capsule. my mom was told at curves that this helps with stomach bloat and gets rid of toxic build ups, and it fights off infections, so i thought lets give it a try. i tried it, first thing that happened was i didnt sleep, found out you must take it in the morning not at night, then had some neon green P** for about 3 days and after that wow in 2 weeks i have lost 8 pounds, without changing much, just added the oil of oregano capsule. i bought mine at fred meyers in the health section 11 dollars a bottle. 50 mg oregano oil, 25 flaxseed oil. maybe it can help others

Hi 2brickie,
Does this really help with bloat and toxic build-ups? I have mild IBS and have my share of digestive problems. I'd try anything that cleanses the toxic build-ups. Does it cause constipation/diarrhea or anything like that? Thanks!

Hey, scorpio. It is a bummer about Artest. Harrington and Bender will need to step up in a major way!!!

I've been a huge Pacer fan since 1989 (at the tender age of 12). The sad thing is, only two or three years later was the last time that I was around my goal weight of 185!!!! But, I'm storming towards my six year low of 225!!!

it really has made me lose inches, im wearing a size 7 pants today that im giving to the thrift store tomorrow. they feel huge. i have been wearing my 5's but i thought not to much difference between the two until i put these on. the rearend is so baggy, my legs look like i should put both in one leg, and the waist is falling off all the time. i have had great luck with it and only on it two weeks. its hard to find pure though. this is the brand i bought NATURES WAY, they also have a website to get it. good luck.

I just found a good price for Nature's Way online. I searched several places, and this one had the best price....

Sixpence...I sure hope this isn't the beginning of the end (again)!

So I'm wondering if 150 mg would do a better/faster job than 50 mg?
