Default Starting the No Carb diet for treating Colitis

Hi,

I have just started this diet 'The Perfect Diet for Colitis"....

http://www.biblelife.org/bowel.htm

....which is very similar to the Adkins diet. I am already underweight and in 2 days on this diet I have lost 2kg!!!! I CANT afford to lose any more or I am afraid it will have a very bad effect on my body.

I need to know if anyone else has faced this problem and what they have done to counteract the weight lose on 'the Perfect diet for Colitis'. Any other information on battling Colitis would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
