Hi Zul,

I am busy taking a LOT of probiotics: Kefir, EM and reuteri. Is it ok to take these along with the OoO therapy, as long as I don't take them together?

Thanks!

Lately, I have been eating 1/2 a grapefruit, twice a day... In addition, to the OOO and VCO, my yeast seems much much better... She might was to add the grapefruit... Also, I mix the OOO in water with ACV, the water helps dilute the taste...
