I was on the m/e fast for about 5 days and lost 7lbs.
A typical day:
Breakfast:1 Porterhouse steak (salt,pepper,herbs,)
Lunch: Fried 3 eggs in butter
Dinner:I mixed 10 plain chicken strips with 1 cup chopped lettuce and zero carb ceaser dressing.
*You are only aloud 5grams of carbs aday while on m/e fast. I use veggies.
*I then, added my carbs back in slowly. About 5carbs up each day until you reach your desired intake. For me, right after m/e fast I went up 10grams then the next day 20grams. I will stay at 20 for about another month then slowly add more.
*It has been 4 days now from m/e fast and I have not gained any of my weight loss back. I actually lost another pound while on 20grams of carbs.
