Default Workout Day 21

I'm still doing Shred lvl 2 but yesterday after work I was able to get in a good walk/jog on the beach everything was going ok until I tried to escape some of the water getting on my tennis; I tried to jump aside and twisted my knee (can't figure that one out) anyways had to cut my routine short because of the pain. I guess I still got about 35 min in total, not bad. I'll give it a shot again today.

Default Workout Day 22

Completed my Shred lvl 2 for today.

Went to the beach yesterday afternoon (I stayed on the grass in the park) and did my little jog/walk thing with a knee brace. I felt stupid, but it felt good just being out there. I decided not to attempt walking on the sand - too much resistance would be bad for my knee.

No more Shred until Monday.

No exercises over the weekend.

Did Shred 2 this morning and I plan on jogging/walking this afternoon on the park. I would luv to walk on the beach but it might be too much stress on my knee - best to take it easy. Unless my exercise routine change I won't post again until Friday.

You are going hard! I imagine if I saw your picture right now I'd see a sexy hourglass! Keep up the good work. I have really slipped, but I'm jumping back in because I look horrible.

M-W-F walk/jog for an hour. M-F Ripped in 30 back at level 1. This is my game plan and what I have to do if I want to see a change. The ripped was only making me gain muscle and that was making me depressed on the scale.

Default Workout Day 29

Started Shred lvl 3 Monday, was able to keep up pretty good - low impact - and slight modifications. On Monday I wanted to walk after work, but it's been pretty busy so by the time I got off all I wanted to do was go home. So, I did zumba, it was okay but a bit too much stress on my knee. For the rest of the week I'll just stick with Shred 3 in the mornings. The holiday is on Friday, may I can walk/job on the park then.

Did shred 3 on Wednesday, however, after our bowling event I got home so late I couldn't wake up early enough on Thursday to get any exercises in. Did a good workout this morning.

As ususal, I'll take a break over the weekend & start back on Monday.

Default Workout Day 35

Well, Friday was suppose to be my last day of exercises for the week, but because I knew I was going to eat hot cross buns over the holiday I decided to kick in some extra.

Friday - Shred 3 (morning); 30 min Low Impact Cardio (evening)
Saturday - 30 min Low Impact Cardio
Sunday - 30 min Low Impact Cardio

Monday - Knee was aching - took a break
Tuesday - Shred 3; no cardio - had too much to do & didn't have the energy. I definitely need to start taking my vitamins...

Depending on how I feel, I'll continue Shred in the mornings & low impact cardio in the evenings. I'll post again on Friday.

Wednesday - I did Shred 3 and only about 15 minutes of LI cardio - just didn't have the energy.

Thursday - Shred 3 and about 20 minutes of LI cardio.

Didn't do any exercises this morning or evening...just felt like I needed a break (yeah, I'm overweight & need a break from exercises, duh). Maybe I'll make up for it tomorrow...maybe I won't!

Now that I'm feeling much better, I'm starting all over with Shred 1. Because I've been inactive for the week, due to flu, I really had to push myself, I never realized how out of shape I could get from missing 1 week of exercises.

Completed Shred 1 for the week, however, I skipped Thursday...woke up late, yada, yada, yada. I have a dental appointment early tomorrow morning so I'm not sure if I'll be able to sneak in any exercises; I have to go to work on Sunday for a short while, so I'm not gonna feel like I had a weekend which means I might be pretty lazy. We'll see.

Default Bad week for exercises

Extremely busy this week, so it's gonna be a bad week for exercises, but I decided I'll try to do something.

Monday - no exercises

Tuesday - 3 sets of the following: pushups, crunches, bicycle curls, lifts (ok don't know the right name, but something to do with abs).

My goal was to continue Shred 1...maybe tomorrow, if not I'll come up with something.
