Two days in a row on plan! Finally moving in the right direction again. I am thinking about joining OA. Anyone else ever join OA? Thoughts?

Adding on 1 serving of lc vegies a day. Minimum. For next 60 days, allowing 4 goofs.

5 misses


1. No computer use between the hours of 9AM and 5PM except for my Buddhist teachings and tracking food on Cronometer.

2. No computer use in the morning until after I meditate.

3. No computer use after 10PM

4. At least 1 hour of study per day (added on day 5)

Still struggling a bit with using the computer before 5PM but progress has definitely been made even if not perfect progress.

day 35 Done for the day, so will call it .My fasting buddie and I have started another. Good Luck K Mom I had a really nice dinner, 300 grams of well marbled steak and buttered broccoli and a 2 oz. of parmigiana regiano.

My new way of life includes treating my self once and a while. On plan of course.
Now I will clean up the kitchen and it will stay nice for a whole day. ++

It has been brought to my attention that the admin does not sanction this particular activity so the recommendation is to refer to it vaguely .
