That's a difficult question to answer. SP is a healing program focusing on attaining optimum health. Her belief is that an unhealthy metabolism causes weight gain. This means, ideally, no damaged fats, AS, processed foods, caffeine, alcohol, drugs.... etc.
As far as the plan goes, there are 2 different books she has, her old one and her new one. Her most recent book has 4 plans. You follow the plan that applies to your current state of metabolic health.
If you are trying to fit your plan into another plan, I think yours would work well with Atkins for Life or Protein Power. Anytime you increase carbs, you naturally decrease saturated fats. Both plans would fit well.
