I'm going to climb onboard. I have to be honest with myself though. There's no way I'm going to do Callanetics for a solid hour. Especially after a cardio workout.

My goal for the remainder of the month is to do some type of cardio 5x each week and half a Callanetics workout 4x a week afterwards.

I have both Callanetics 10/10 and Evolution. I slightly favor Evolution, but I still think 10/10 is fantastic.

Hi Guys! I discovered something strange today.. I've always had a one day break between 10/10 sessions (the only exercise I get), and I could never complete the stomach exercises - I could usually do just 100, 50, 50 and 75 counts. But today I didn't give myself a break, and guess what - 100, 100, 100, 100!!!! Has anyone ever noticed this?

I'm going to start doing 10/10 every week day, break on weekends. I'll let you know if I can really keep this up!

sneha, welcome and congratulations! I have broken up 10/10 into two sessions at times and still find that some days are easier than others. It actually took me five hours to get through my one hour workout yesterday since I was interrupted so many times, but I kept at it and I did get it done!
