Default AB Lounger?

I have been experiancing a lower back issue, so crunches were becoming hard to handle, so I purchased and exercise ball and an ab lounger, I love the exercise ball and use it a lot however still have some light lower back pain using it. SO I got the ab lounger last night and will try it out today. Does anyone else have one???

I think this is the link someone else posted once. Maybe it will help?
I too have "tailbone" isssues that worsened after my 1st birth-was given a bad epidural. anyway it prevents me sitting or laying on any HARD surface. I ALMOST purchased a Lounger but I wanted to TONE so much more than my abs and got a "total gym", the "bench" is very well padded and I have yet to have any back problems on it-I love it! However it is big and was thinking about purchasing that one called an "easy shapper" becuase it too is padded. I hope you find someone that has used the lounge!!! Be safe!

I bought my ab lounger around april 15th , at first i had a time trying to use it but then all of a sudden i got it right. i do sets of 10, until i get to 150. I thought it was not working but I have lost almost 2.5 inches off my waist. I 'm sure this low carb dieting helps also. It does not hurt your back. So go for it good luck
