Mon 1-18-10:
nada

Tue 1-19-10:
core workout with ball, arm weights,
noon workout.. 25 min INTENSE ellipitical HIIT... omg.. was sooo good..

Wed- 1-20-10-
20 min HIIT stair stepper..

Thur- nada..

Saturday, 1-23-10

core workout with ball
arm/shoulder weights
lunges, squats
20 mins steady state cardio- elliptical- (without arms)*
20 mins walk/jog on treadmill

New week: 1-25-10
Goal for this week:
At least 20 mins of cardio 6 days this week,
and 3 days of weights, abs, legs, core, etc

Monday
arm weights-- (biceps, shoulders)
30 mins cardio- elliptical with arm workout*

*I use 3 different elliptical machines, and 2 different treadmills.. as to not get used to the same ones..and they are all different.

Reminder: Goal to meet: 6 x cardio, 3 x weights:

Tuesday, 1/26/10--
weights: upper back, chest, triceps,
squats/core work with ball/legs
27 mins HIIT elliptical.. (w/o arms)
10 mins steady state.. bike

Wed, 1/27/10--
weights: shoulders, biceps
lunges, core/ab work with ball
20 mins KICK ARSE HIIT stairstepper
5 min cooldown on tread

Thur- 1/28/10--
day off.. strained back.. pretty sure from stairstepper on Wed.

Fri 1/29/10-
core workout with ball: squats 15 x 3, ab work
weights: shoulders, biceps, triceps and back
27 mins steady state cardio- elliptical.. w arms
Nice workout, much needed!

part of goals I set for myself last week.. not met.. because of all I had going on last week, plus an injury, I must admit.. adhering to the goals I set, (plus with the gym being closed over the weekend) were unrealistic for me..

I did meet my weight lifting goals, however, only got 4 cardio sessions in...

This week: will shoot for 5 cardio sessions, and 4 weight lifting sessions.

Monday, Feb 1st:
core/ab work with ball,
15 x 3 squats with ball,
weights: biceps, shoulders
25 mins HIIT elliptical
15 mins tread

Tuesday, Feb 2nd:
35 mins steady state cardio elliptical/w arms
LOTS of stretching

Wednesday, Feb 3rd:
